"Since 1993, The “Service Excellence Workshop” led by President Eric Weiss, has been an interactive service series focused on the singular goal of improving the quality of service in diversified industries. Designed for both management and front line staffs, the series includes team-building activities, specific techniques for remembering names and faces, role-playing and developing recovery service scenarios with potential solutions. Whether for hotels and restaurants, financial institutions, retailers, spas, supermarkets or department stores, the “Service Excellence City-WideTM” Workshop is an engaging and dynamic venue customized to the needs of the organizations at hand.
This historic event begins August 27th. Space is extremely limited.
Workshops will be held at the Clubhouse at the city's Boundary Oak Golf Course. After the workshops, area businesses will get certificates that can be displayed in shop windows.
