Event Map
To ensure all businesses are within easy walking distance for attendees, the event boundaries are defined as the area between Civic Drive to Mt. Diablo Blvd and between N. California Blvd and N. Broadway. Please view the event map to determine what level you should on your registration form.
Registration Levels
Downtown Stop
Do you have a retail storefront, restaurant, or are a service-provider in downtown Walnut Creek? This is your chance to open your doors to new customers and showcase your space, products, and brand. Plus, We’ll include your business on the event map, marketing materials, and website!
Starting Location Booth
Reserve a spot at the Starting Location. Limited spaces are available for businesses who are not located within the downtown event boundaries to host a booth. Starting Location Booths must still provide beverage samples to event attendees and have a front-row seat at the event!
Vendor Pop-Ups
Artisan and craft vendors are invited to reserve a table at the Starting Location. These spaces are only for special artists and local vendors selling goods. Apply early, as there are limited spaces available!
Pouring & Tasting Partners
Wineries, breweries, distilleries, and non-alcoholic beverage brands - this is your stage! Join us to introduce your product to a lively, engaged audience of local and visiting guests. Tasting partnerships are also available for local food providers, caterers, and cafes not located with the downtown for an opportunity to sample your bites at a downtown business. Pouring and tasting partners are paired with a downtown business, recognized on the event map and website, and included in event marketing efforts through social media and e-newsletters.
